It is time for a desert recipe, isn't it? With time you guys will see that I am best at cooking, but not the best at baking, usually who takes this part is my husband, I do make some delicious little things myself, like for example this lime cheesecake with berry syrup. It may sound a little different the ingredients I use on this one, but please trust me, it will taste amazing. It's a promise!
For the cheesecake:
1 1/2 cup (150g) of unsalted butter
1 cup (200g) of finely ground graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup (100g) of oat
1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups (600g) of cream cheese
1 cup (150g) of sugar
2 limes (zest and juice)
Zest of one orange
1 1/5 cups (300g) of heavy milk
For the syrup:
2 cups (400g) of a mix of berries (in my case I used raspberries, blueberries and a little of strawberries)
1/2 cup(100g) of sugar
4 table spoons of good natural raspberry - or another berry you like - jam (go for the ones that are not so sweet, you're already going to add sugar to the syrup so you don't want it to be too sweet)

Today I'm going to post a recipe that I learned from my mom's friend Ettore. Which is awesome for that lazy Sunday with the family. It is ease to make but it does take some time, so remember to reserve a around 3 hours for this roasted beef before you start the rest of the meal (but every minute waiting will be rewarded with this amazing roast beef).
A big piece of top sirloin cap (half pound or more)
1 package of onion soup powder
A good amount of ambient temperature salted butter for the sirloin

Today's recipe is one that your grandma would do when you were a little kid but you would make ugly faces to it because kids always expect for something more like french fries and pizza. Quick and super ease tuna pate for those moments of lazyness and hundryness that occasionally attack us.
15min to prepare
3 table spoons of mayonnaise
1 can of chunks of tuna with no liquid
1 clove of garlic
2 table spoons of Parmesan cheese
Chop the tomato, garlic, onion and olives in small pieces and put it on a bow. Now that everything is chopped you just need to put in the rest of the ingredients: mayonnaise, tuna, Parmesan, and as much as you like of pepper, oregano and oil.
Just mix it all together and it's done.
You won't need salt on this since the tuna and olive already has a lot on it.
It taste awesome with warm toast and will kill your hungry belly in the middle of the day. Enjoy!
