Healthy Lemon Dressing for your Salad

Today's recipe is for those who feel light and healthy. It is an awesome recipe for those who like to season their salad with lemon juice but don't know how to measure the amount of lemon and then the dressing or get too lemony strong (urgh!) or too light. With this recipe you will learn how to balance it and the best part is that you won't need to buy those dressing in the bottle, since this one is SO fast and with ingredients that you will always find in your kitchen. =]

Ingredients:
1 lemon juice and a little of zest
6 table spoon of olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
1/2 chili pepper with no seeds chopped really small (you can use powder if that's what you have, it's only to give a little spiciness)

Instructions:
Every time I make my salad dressing I always use a jam jar or some other kind of jar to mix it really well. It is super easy and you can always save what ever is left over in the fridge for the next day. In a empty jam jar, add the olive oil, lemon juice and some zest of it, a good pinch of salt and black pepper, and then the chili pepper (I like spicy food, but in case it's not your type, you can skip the chili pepper or add a smaller amount).

After you add all the ingredients in the jar, close it and shake it well (sometimes I even dance some flamenco with the jar in my hands! - no I don't lol). And that will be all! It is really simple and healthy! Yay!
